Summary
atpact.com does not set cookies. We do not use advertising tools or Google Analytics. With your consent, we load the Cloudflare Web Analytics script, which reads technical information in your browser and sends it to Cloudflare. The only thing we store in your browser is your choice in the consent notice, so we do not ask again on every visit.
The website is operated by Dawid Zdanowicz (ATPACT). Contact details and information about personal data are in the Privacy policy.
Technologies used
This list reflects a review of the website code, its configuration and the Cloudflare Web Analytics script carried out on 20 October 2026.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | What it stores or reads | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First-party cookies | ATPACT | not used | nothing | n/a |
Consent choice (localStorage, key atpact-consent-v1) |
ATPACT | remembering whether you agreed to statistics; necessary to respect your choice | your choice (accept or reject) and its date | until you clear browser data or change your choice |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics script | Cloudflare | aggregated visitor and performance statistics | reads page-load performance data, the referring page and the browser identifier (user agent); sets no cookies and uses no browser storage | only after consent, on every page view; data retention is described in the Privacy policy |
Cloudflare security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) |
Cloudflare | bot protection and security challenges | a cookie in your browser | not currently enabled (Bot Fight Mode is off); may appear if Cloudflare shows a security challenge |
| External fonts, social plugins, ads, embedded content | none | not used | nothing | n/a |
Cloudflare describes the cookies its security features may set, and states that they are strictly necessary to provide the service, in its cookie documentation.
Consent
On your first visit, the website shows a small notice asking for consent to statistics, with two equal buttons: “Reject” and “Accept”. The statistics script loads only after you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; the change applies from the next page view. The legal basis is Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
Managing these technologies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Cloudflare security cookies may lead to additional security checks.
- You can change your consent to statistics through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Clearing browser data for atpact.com removes the saved choice, and the consent notice appears again.
Changes
If we introduce new technologies that require consent, we will ask for it first and offer an equally easy way to refuse and to withdraw consent. We will also update this policy.
Language versions
This policy is available in Polish and English. If there is any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
